My Life in Weeks
Recently, I've been thinking a lot about my life, health, and priorities.
I came across this post again https://waitbutwhy.com/2014/05/life-weeks.html which I've read and internalized a few times before, but something seems to have changed with my mindset over the years.
In the past I'd chart my life and feel anxious that time was running out – that unless I could do and accomplish many things in a hurry, I'd have wasted my life, and I'd never get it back.
This time I inexplicably feel that there's still a lot of life remaining (knock on wood). Even assuming my "healthspan" will deteriorate at 65 (figure below), I'm still only about halfway done – there's still so much time left!
I made my own Life in Weeks chart in Miro. Scroll down further to see it.
You can also copy the template here and make your own: https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVKTB9c1g=/?moveToWidget=3458764585918038500&cot=14
Hopefully this gives you a new perspective as well.
